In 2024, the structure of the conference programme reflected the crosscutting themes and collaborative nature of the research, and was built around current and emerging research areas in the School:

The Conference was established for the first time in 2023 as part of a programme of activities to sustain research culture environment and dissemination activities at the School of Engineering, Cardiff University, Cardiff United Kingdom.
